Over the last 20 years, emc3 has evolved from 3 people working out of a tiny office in West London, to a successful SME with 3 thriving offices worldwide. For a small team, we punch way above our weight. We’ve worked on events ranging in size from 20 to 24,000 guests. We’ve collaborated with some of the world’s most inspiring and influential leaders including Michelle Obama, Serena Williams, Malala Yousafzai and His Holiness the Dalai Lama. None of this would be possible without the hard work and dedication of our team who go above and beyond every day for our clients and the business.

Our CEO, Alistair Graham spent nearly a decade working in the hospitality industry before plucking up the courage to open his own agency. It was then that he met business partners; Daniel Curtis and Baba Epega. Daniel was a Chef renowned for his creative flair and meticulous attention to detail. Baba was a top City Banker who wanted to leave the world of numbers to pursue a career in event management.

Despite being from very different backgrounds, they had one BIG thing in common. They all celebrated diversity. Understanding that an amalgamation of nationalities, backgrounds, experiences and cultures would inspire divergent thinking. Something that is still pertinent throughout emc3 to this day.

What started as a small events company producing dinners and summer parties has transformed into a strategically driven full-service agency with 4 key departments: Events, Marketing, Design & Speaker Management.
